About
Building practical businesses in Central Michigan.
The Work
I'm an entrepreneur and operator with interests across internet infrastructure, hospitality, tourism, local development, and technology. I own and run businesses that serve real customers in real places — most of them rooted in Central Michigan.
The common thread is operating: building teams, running systems, maintaining quality over time, and showing up every day to keep things working. That work is unglamorous and it is the work that actually creates value.
Approach
Focused on execution, usefulness, and long term results.
I'm not interested in trends or noise. I'm interested in whether a business is useful, whether it's well run, and whether it's still here in ten years doing its job better than it does today.
That means investing in the right people, the right systems, and the right properties — and being patient enough to let those investments compound.
Community
Beyond business ownership, I stay actively involved in local leadership and community development. That includes serving on boards, supporting downtown redevelopment, and helping organizations that strengthen the places I live and work.
The health of a small town is not an accident. It's the result of people choosing to stay, build, and contribute over a long period of time. I'd like to be one of those people.
